The Mission in Mexico

The Mission at Carmen Serdan is an extension ministry of the Fellowship.
Tending twenty handicapped children the days are full of the simply profound
tasks summed up in James 1:27 as being "pure and undefiled." It is a location
that will shock you in the act of servanthood "to the least of these." Actions
the Word labels as great! Days invested in feeding those unable to do so themselves,
dressing kids whose limbs move improperly, sensing and offering a refreshing bottle
to a thirsty child, cooking meals for a staff of fellow servants... realizing as
you've done it to the least of these you have performed a ministry of delight to
your Lord.
Simplicity in every sense... simple bunks for rest, meals of oatmeal or beans
and rice... and the simply profound tasks of sacrificial ministry.
Perhaps you are feeling a directive from the Lord to spend a season at The Mission.
A season of sacrificial service, a time of solitude and simplicity. I hope you
will come! Almost always we have a need of those with no agenda who truly desire to
serve and be set-apart for a time. There are no prerequisites or courses to be
completed rather what we ask you to bring is the heart of a servant.
How do I get in touch?
